Designed to provide additional power, this accessory extends the operational life of the device by up to 3x, ensuring long-term, maintenance-free data transmission. Ideal for applications that require frequent reading and data transfers, this high-capacity battery pack is the perfect solution for extending performance in the field.

Our WM-i Data Loggers are supplied by default with a single 19,000 mAh battery.
In addition, we offer an external battery pack that contains three more of these batteries.

Standard configuration if ordered with the external pack:

1 × 19,000 mAh battery inside the logger
3 × 19,000 mAh batteries in the external pack
Total: 4 × 19,000 mAh batteries

If the logger is ordered without the external battery pack and is later upgraded, the situation is slightly different. By that time, the internal battery will already have been partially discharged. Connecting a new external pack with three fully charged batteries to a logger with a used (partly discharged) internal battery can negatively affect the performance and lifespan of the new batteries.

For this reason, when adding an external battery pack later, we strongly recommend replacing the original internal battery with a new one at the same time. This ensures all four batteries start from the same charge level and work together optimally.
